Two ways, both for one person building their own thing
Everything I teach on this site is free, and it will stay free. The method isn’t a secret – it’s files, habits, and judgment, and I’d rather you have it. What I sell is doing it with you, on your actual work.
I don’t do corporate AI training, and I won’t advise your organization on its strategy. I’m an individual person using these tools on my own real work, and that’s exactly what I can help you become.
One question, one call
You have one specific AI question. Should I use this tool or that one? Is my setup sensible? Why does my AI output sound nothing like me? We take 30 minutes on a call, and afterward I send you a one-page written recommendation you can act on without me.
Flat rate, not hourly, on purpose – you shouldn’t have to watch a clock while you think.
The done-with-you build
This is the real thing: over 2–3 weeks, working 1:1, we build your system together – an AI that knows your work, made of plain files you own, on your computer. Your real projects, not a demo. When we’re done there’s nothing to cancel and nothing you’re renting from me. You operate it; I teach you how.
Built for writers, researchers, consultants, and other independent professionals. You don’t need to be technical. You need to be willing to start tiny and to actually use the thing between sessions.
What to expect, honestly
I won’t pretend a system solves everything. It takes maintenance, the AI still needs your judgment every day, and some weeks the tools misbehave for no reason you control. What I can promise is that you’ll stop re-explaining yourself to a machine every morning, and that everything we build will still be yours if you never speak to me again. That second part matters more than it sounds.
One boundary: I’ll never show you my client work, and I extend the same discretion to yours. What we build together stays yours to show or not show.
